I spent several months at Dynamic Physiotherapy doing PT after a complicated shoulder surgery. My therapist, Johan, put me through the paces, starting slow post-op and increasing to light-weight training. Johan saw me through the first two months of my initial recovery and helped me regain my mobility and strength before surgery.
