The services to book, cancel speak to really anyone is an answering service with a return call which I never get a call back EVER. The process is kinda annoying that I speak to a wall to than not receive a call. So far it’s been poor service. Hopefully there therapists have nothing to do with their horrible services with managing calls, insurances, and questions.i guess to Top it off they have a confirmation service but you cannot even use this service either. If I can give no stars I will. I have been waiting and going back and forth for a month now with this office for a visit. When u call it's a answering service that sends them a message. You can never ever talk to someone at the office. Because they don't even call you back, they send emails. I keep getting told I have a therapist assigned to my child and that they will call me to schedule. That there's no in office availability but telehealth they do have. Here I am no call as of yet with a date or even a quick introduction ... read more

These people are TERRIBLE with being attentive to your child’s needs ! I’ve been trying to contact their office and no one EVER answers!!! It’s extremely frustrating.
