They are more concerned with office procedure than following the Hippocratic oath of doing no harm! If a patient has already had a specific treatment that caused more pain than requiring them to do it again just because it’s office procedure to do it is not ok! Now I can’t even reach someone to cancel appointments that I didn’t even want scheduled to begin with!
The doctors there are money hungry and most doctors that work there have no companion especially if you are African American! You are treated as a fiend of sort. I had bone surgery and they discontinued medication because I was prescribed breakthrough medication from doctor who did surgery as if I am familiar with the medical structure , laws and guidelines of medication. As a patient with an open wound services were discontinued by practice and they refused to give me their supervisors information

After the Crestview office moved to the new office, that's when things got bad. If you're charged with the care of individuals who suffer, take care of them. Horrible Doctors who will only see you once. I've only seen a nurse, never a doctor in any follow-up. And, when requesting to see an MD, was told that that they only see new patients. I received a referral from Humana and I attempted a few times to simply make an appointment. When I eventually received a call back I was placed on hold over 15 minutes.. no one pick the Line back up and when I called back I only received a vm... if this is the level of customs service then I am not sure I want this as a place for treatment. So I have informed Tricare Humana of the incident. 😞
