The doctor very knowledgeable about my back pain. Explained thoroughly where my pain was coming from and why. The shot didn't hurt just a little pressure. He was very gentle and I appreciate that, he took the time out to talk with me through the process which took my mind off the procedure. Very professional and very quick.
