I keep calling and only get the answering service. And nobody ever calls me back. This has happened many, many times finally, i've given up and going to a different company
My elderly mother when for an appointment in October for a new leg brace due to Polio. I have called multiple times regarding status on leg brace. The operator takes the message and I never get a return call. We are currently in April and have not received a call. I even requested to speak with a supervisor and they indicated the person is not in. I will be reporting them to the insurance company. Please do not waste your time coming here. The worst company ever.
What a terrible place to have any type of work done. I've never been to or heard of a orthotic office where they take a picture of your feet to make custom orthotics. THAT DOESN'T WORK!!!! THERE CUSTOM ORTHOTICS DON'T WORK AND GAVE ME KNEE PROBLEMS NOW!!!! DON'T GO HERE, THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF AND THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THERE DOING. NOT SURE HOW THERE IN BUSINESS!!!!
I bought orthopedic insoles there in September 2019. The customer service was great, however, the product was only in good shape for six months. Holes in the outer covering developed. Note that these insoles are only used for exercising, not daily activities. Will go someplace else for new insoles.
