Myofascial release gave me the relief I was looking for. After years of sports injuries, concussions, falls, and Autoimmune issues, my body was feeling constricted and uncomfortable 24/7. I had my first appointment with Karen today. I have to say, it was nothing but AMAZING!!. I have had on-going issues with my back left trapezius muscle and when I walked away, all the burning and discomfort had vanished!.. I also have to admit, I fell asleep throughout most the procedure. I really wanted to experience exactly what she was doing, however, thats okay! I was so relaxed and what mattered most is i havent felt pain all day!.. the cat nap was a bonus!... Thank you Karen for your healing hands! A MUST EXPERIENCE!

I was struggling with pretty bad pain on my shoulder and hip for many months without any trauma. I went to acupuncture and acupressure but none helped. I was about to get a physical therapy but my BF found Ms Karen online. He was having an elbow pain issue himself so he decided to give a shot and I’m glad he did! OH My OH MY OH MY!!! I met Karen in my hour of need. I was suffering from excruciating pain deep within my groin area. I was in so much pain, I could not stand up straight….
