My father was scammed out of $9K from a real estate broker by the name of Rosemary Beltre. Rosemary works under the company Universal Multiservices Real Estate. My father went into the real estate establishment located at 4441 Broadway Ave with interests in finding and leasing a new apartment. Ms. Beltre set up a viewing date and toured him to see a few apartments on the market. WARNING THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMING AND STEALING FROM VULNERABLE PEOPLE. Specifically the manager/ owner ROSEMERY BELTREZ. ROSEMERY PREYS ON ELDERLY AND VULNERABLE people. She has stolen 10,000 dollars from an elderly person in my family with no intentions of ever going through with the process of leasing an apartment. NO HAGAN NEGOCIO!!!! Por favor lean antes de hacer algun tipo de negocio con esta estafadora ROSEMERY BELTRÉ. Mi madre como señora de 76 años fué engañada por esta dizque agente de Bienes Raíces que no tiene licencia ni está registrada como tal. La señora le pidió a mi madre us$10 mil enviados por zelle para mostrarle un apartamento, comisión y para el landlord.
