Ian and the team from Dynamic Motivation supported an event I recently participated in at Mt Stromlo MTB Park. They were fantastic with both shuttles and top quality coaching. I really like their MTB trailers as they do zero damage to bikes (no rubbing etc) and Ian always helped with loading and unloading, and also showed people the best technique to ensure safety for both rider and bike.
Ian is a dead set legend. He genuinely cares. Took the time to explain the trails to us, helped the kids with their bikes, had a positive attitude. A great example of customer service in action. Thanks Ian.
I have shuttled with DM since they first started running shuttles in early 2017, so it is probably about time I wrote them a review. I use them all the time. This is a great family run business, and they are strong advocates for mountain biking at Stromlo and locally generally . They also run lessons from beginner to advanced, as well as programs during school holidays for kids. The drivers are great to deal with, helpful, and a fun bunch. Ian and the team at Dynamic Motivation Shuttles Stromlo really made my friends, family and I feel 100 percent welcome and went out of their way to ensure our few days riding was as fun as possible. The shuttles were frequent, clean and comfortable. But above all it was the friendly staff that made the difference. We had young kids so all the friendly advice on where to ride, how to navigate getting bikes on and off etc just made the whole experience a positive one. Ian who works at Stromlo Shuttle Bus is amazing. Super friendly, talkative, helpful and knowledgeable. The best customer service experience I have received in a long time, you could not ask for more! If I could give a 6 Star review I would! Highly recommend.
