She was extremely helpful and transparent, walking me through all the necessary steps needed to fix our issue. In my years dealing with on call support never have I been so pleased and satisfied with someone’s assistance. Beth I want you to know that although my issue seemed small it was extremely huge for our business and I’m extremely grateful, thank you so much.!
We were customers for 10 years. When we starting having issues streaming music we called and spoke with customer service 4 times. After hearing how it is our internet that is the problem and how they wouldn't just exchange out the radio receiver. So the 4th phone call was our cancelation.
