They should be held accountable for following through on appointments. My niece has had her surgery cancelled morning of due to interpreter cancelling. She is deaf & blind and this is s HUGE deal for her. This is totally unacceptable not to mention unprofessional. Do not use this agency.

We looked into this job and indeed verified that the interpreter canceled the appointment with very little notice, and we couldn't find a replacement at the last minute. No matter what the reason for her cancellation, the outcome of your niece having missed her surgery is awful, and again, we apologize.
