Chris is super knowledgeable about the body and very professional. He really listens and tailors each session to what your needs to provide relief. He also provides tips and stretches you can do everyday to help prevent pain and tension. Would definitely recommend!
Chris has helped me with left hip pain that limited my ability to run more than 3-4 miles. I am now able to run as far as I want without my hip limiting me!
Chris is amazing with my son. I love that he custom tailors his needs each session. He is able to read my son and be flexible. My son is very comfortable with him and loves that he makes him laugh. I personally love that Chris is so personable and able to meet my son's needs.
I’ve been getting massage for years but never quite found someone as skilled as Chris at relieving muscle pain and tension. He is incredibly knowledgeable about body mechanics, professional and kind. No session is the same because he tailors each session according to my needs at that time and always explains things as he goes. I cannot recommend him enough!
