Matt has been incredible in helping me recover from my recent knee surgery. Having dealt with this injury before, my recovery this time has been much easier thanks to him. I feel stronger and am healing faster than I have in the past. Matt is kind and knowledgeable, and he motivates me to become stronger so that I can return to my sport!

Dr. Clay is professional, courteous, and an excellent practitioner. Following a very serious foot and leg injury I did PT, went to a neurologist, and went to a sports medicine physician. None of them addressed the issue and just placed me on medicine that gave serious side effects. I fired them all and started to see Dr. Clay. I have had lower back issues for a few years now and have been going to Dr. Clay intermittently for pain relief. This October I tweaked my back again and went to Dr. Clay for a recommendation on a more preventative solution. He recommended a 12 session program that was curated for me. Over the next 6 weeks he worked with me to design exercises and took feedback from me on each of those by adjusting the movements for my fitness level.
