Worked for this company for three days at the beginning of this year. I was told they had no full time positions available and offered a PRN spot while also working my 3rd shift job. I agreed to give it. Never got training. Was just handed names, numbers and addresses for the patients and told to set up appointments and go visit them. No other information. Terrible communication with family/caretakers and hospice team, the “doctor” has never once evaluated my Dad himself, and the “doctor” has been prescribing medications with severe contraindications. They did not catch this negligence nor did their pharmacy. My Dad has lived in a state of severe confusion that they were willing to simply blame on his pain medications without investigating the drug interactions. We are done.
