Very misleading. Wire drop on electrical plan had NO wires there. "We always do it that way". Plumbing was stubbed out as "advertised", but they glued caps on that needed to be cut off up inside floor joists. A real pain and costly. Much more plumbing and electrical work than needed and move in date put back by a month. Would not buy from them again given their lack of interest in helping to resolve these issues.
