Very misleading. Wire drop on electrical plan had NO wires there. "We always do it that way". Plumbing was stubbed out as "advertised", but they glued caps on that needed to be cut off up inside floor joists. A real pain and costly. Much more plumbing and electrical work than needed and move in date put back by a month. Would not buy from them again given their lack of interest in helping to resolve these issues.

I've worked at dynamic homes for 6 years and have enjoyed it very much. Having the privilege to work on a families home that will produce years of memories is a great feeling. I hope each and every home owner out there that has chosen us enjoys there home as much as we enjoy building it.
