Mike was incrediby thoughtful and thorough in his inspection and report that he prepared for us, he talked us through all the issues he identified and set my husband and I at ease while providing a clear path forward to mitigate the issues discovered. I would 100% recommend him for inspections, he was fair, diligent, and a pleasure to work with.
Patrick was incredibly thorough and spent well beyond the obligated time at the house leaving no stone unturned. He also stayed longer to show me the things he noticed were a safety concern as well as just quirks of the house that would be good to know as a new homeowner. I can’t recommend him enough!
