I would not recommend Patrick Murphy or Dynamic Home Inspections based on our experience during the attempted purchase of a property in Edgewater, MD. The property's septic system had previously failed inspection, so when the sellers obtained a second opinion from Dynamic Home Inspections, we carefully reviewed the resulting report. Patrick did a great job on our home inspection. He’s very thorough and is very upfront about issues that need to be addressed vs ones that aren’t as bad as they seem. He took his time and really made sure everything was covered.
