3 years ago the company was sent by my home warranty company for a gas leak. They lied to the warranty company saying it was pre-existing so that they could get the denial and charge me their full non-discounted rate. The warranty company wanted to reimburse them only $350, but by getting the claim denied they could charge me their full rate of $550. Unfortunately, they would not refund the $65 trip charge even after speaking with the unsavory company owner. This was a well rehearsed scam.

The technician was sent my home address instead my condo address in error. I had left them a message not to come it was not thee correct address! The tech shows up anyway and forces his way in my house to collect the fee. I tell him get off my property! Then parked in front of the house to intimidate me.. Crazy! Shame on you!
