Requested technician service air conditioning, only blew cold air at night. The tech arrived next day and spent several hours checking system and charged ac with 2.6 ounces of r410a freon, billed me almost $400. Next several days ac blew only hot air during day inside temp at 85F. So, I purchased 1.5 pounds of r410a freon for $200 and charged the ac system myself using my own guages, the ac now blows 68F when its 116F outside during day. Couldn’t as for better. They came when they said. Had it up faster than when they said. It’s been over 5 years and works great. I wanted bigger but they explained how it wasn’t needed and a waste of money.
My landlord used them to install "new" a/c/heat unit. i just moved into the house 3 weeks ago and heat not working. After they FINALLY came out they are like the parts should be under warranty because unit is less than 1 yr old. They supposed ordered parts 3 weeks ago and it STILL HAS NOT BEEN FIXED, but they dont care they have heat. I wouldnt reccomend this company to my worse enemy.
