Booked in for a remedial massage with Kenny and I have to say I was very surprised with how thorough the treatment was. It was great to be heard for once and he really pinpoint where my root problems are for my back pain. Thanks again Kenny! Will be coming back again.
Got a remedial massage with Kenny to relieve my soreness from a rough week of training and it hit just the spot. Knots felt completely undone, tension relieved, and he also provided me with some useful tips to adjust my training to prevent these from reoccurring.
