I called them from Ottawa, looking for a wheelchair accessible multidisciplinary clinic for my mother, who lives in North York. The receptionist Elita went way above and beyond, to help me find one for her. I imagine everyone seeking patient-centered care at this Clinic will be in good hands.
From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The clinic has a calm, clean, and positive atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Read this review. It's important. I was told at the beginning when I originally went for treatment here that one doctor at the one price that I'd be paying would be able to help me with the therapy.And consult on medication so that my primary care physician could then prescribe that medication. I'm now being told that apparently that person doesn't do that.And I have to go see another doctor that's gonna cost me even more money to get my medication prescribed, or to even talk about. I requested a consultation but never received a call. When I contacted them they said they said that they did see and receive the request inputted 4 times but never bothered to review it? Simply ignoring the first red flag I gave them the hours I was available for a call back, only to be reached out during the hours I said I was not available, and was left a message that Victoria would be available until 2pm.
