Had this place install lexan in a boat windshield frame, tried twice and couldn't get it to fit right. The 2nd time the installer decided it would be a good idea to start cutting my boat window frame without asking me first (you cant get replacement frames for my boat). Asked for a refund as I went to another shop to get the work done properly. Afterwards, they informed me they dont have the proper equipment to bend the lexan to fit properly. Had two new windows put in a condo .Very poor service when two windows were not insulated on two sides.One window was missing 2 1/2 sides of insulation.Photos were sent before and after the necessary repairs were made.Still no reply from company re financial reimbursement . Why do companies not face their problems .....when they were the cause of my leaks!!
