This has been the worst experience ever. Instead of focusing on finding a solution for their clients, they prioritized arguing and failed to listen to us. We attempted to place an order for 500 units of a product, but the sales representative went on vacation without completing the order, and we never received our product. When we reached out to customer service, Andy, in particular, was unhelpful. The customer service was fabulous, even when I asked for the lanyard order to be changed. The lanyards are great quality and the printing is beautiful, even small images and words are great! Beautiful colours, nice and bright. Speedy production and delivery. Reasonable cost. Super satisfied with my order, will be back and will tell anyone who wants a recommendation, shop Ontario!
