I was able to make an appointment for the very next day. The entire experience from start to finish was AMAZING. The office staff is so inviting and welcoming. Courteous, friendly, professional, genuine, and makes you "feel" at ease and welcomed. I had previously gone to the "other" large Foot Practice off of Falcon. I was a patient of Dr. Shyaun Rafii from 12/02/2024 to 03/05/2025. He’s an awesome podiatrist. He doesn’t see a a body, you’re a person. I had a calcified Achilles tendon on my left heel. He was very patient with me due to the pain was experiencing and would recommend him to all of my friends and family. His front desk staff is just as awesome as he is. Latesha greets you with a smile and she’s always courteous. Brittany is also great. She really shows you that she cares. GREAT PEOPLE: Dynamic Foot And Ankle Center.
I had a really good time here! Dr. Falco has really helped me solve my foot issues. My first time going in I had Rosa help me with my treatment and the second and third time I had Brianna and Savannah and they all have worked wonders for my feet! They are all so nice and make you feel welcomed! And Latesha at the front desk really helped me get any payment issues I had taken care of! Great experience with an ingrown toenail. Dr. Gloschat and Cristen were very helpful and the process was smooth and easy.
I was very impressed with the entire office from the moment I arrived til the moment I left ! Dr. G was great and extremely knowledgeable and professional. The level of care was superb. Brittany was very kind and personable she’s already made an impression on me! I will definitely recommend this office for all my friends and family.
