I bought for 25+ years with a couple places I worked. A year or so ago they mess up a couple critical (for me) orders with time requests. They did great with standard orders), I contact Jason to work out the mistakes, Jason doesn't understand the problem so I took it up the chain...apparently a bad move! I contact Jason a few month later to reconcile the differences to salvage 25 years of using this supplier...Jason bans me and apparently watches for my orders, he even cancels orders for my customer placed over their website... read more
