Drove 45 minutes for appointment and Jane wasn't gone for day. Never called to cancel the appointment. Therapist won't return my calls or emails. I have been requesting the discharge paperwork for over a month and cannot reach anyone for assistance.
I got canceled 3 different times. They called me each time to reschedule. Well the last appointment that they finally didn't reschedule, we came in 10 minutes early. Rang doorbell multiple times. Called left 2 messages. And 2 days later still no follow up call stating why they didn't answer or to reschedule.
