Kathie Kothera (my neighbor) asked me one day, "would you like to work out on the beach with me?" I said, "definitely." My life hasn't been the same since. Dynamic energy and nutrition is run by three terrific ladies. They are Christi, Kaitlin, and Lauren. They organize the best workouts on the beach. They begin at 6:30 a.m., 9 a.m., and 6:30 p.m. they also sell Herbalife products. When I first began in April I was like no, I don't want to do any products.
