absolutely mortified by the service at this establishment:/ my grandfather had a appointment here for a colonoscopy, waiting for 2 and a half hours just to be told because of his heart issues (that they shouldve been aware of) they cannot do the procedure. not only did he not eat for 2 days prior to this appointment they made him strip down and sit there and even put an iv in him just to be told they can’t do it. no communication, no empathy and all around just a horrible business. do not trust them with elders or your loved... read more
Highly recommend. I was able to get a quick appointment on a Sunday, so I could do my prep and the procedure on the weekend and not have to take time off work. All they do here is colonoscopy/ endoscopy (I think)… so they’re super efficient and organized, everything runs like a well-oiled machine. The entire team was very kind and professional, from the receptionist to the nurses, to the anesthesiologist and surgeon, making an awkward procedure much less so. The clinic was nice and clean. Great staff.
I have had the procedure done at the hospital many times before but I found this place to be much more organized and communicative than the hospital ever was. These guys have the process down to a science. Each person comes to you and asks you questions and they pass that info on to the next doctor or nurse that will see you. You dont have to reiterate everything over and over and hope that they have it as has been my experience in the past.
