My experience having Gastroscopy, Colonoscopy. I arrived, filled out paperwork, placed in a room with a stretcher, Nurse arrived, checked blood pressure, had the forms I filled out and stated " you don't have any allergies" I was shocked, I stated yes numerous, especially with anesthetic medications, IV was started, A Doctor shows up , not sure if anesthesiologist, asks questions, as soon as I start to explain my reactions to anesthesia, I am rushed into the room for my procedures, I feel no one is listening to me, there is ... read more
The receptionist, nurses, anesthesiologist and doctors were amazing. So kind and caring. Had an endoscopic procedure and went perfectly.
Pleasantly surprised! Felt reluctant with the location of this facility since I've always had endoscopy procedures done in the hospital. A little confusion with the location of my paperwork; however, nothing but good things to say about the staff that attended to me. Appreciated that the IV needle was applied gently and that I was instructed as to each step in the process. Had a great experience here, everyone was super kind from the receptionist, nurses, endoscopist (Dr. Richardson) and anesthesiologist. I'm young and I felt really comfortable with the whole process, everything was explained and I really felt like my concerns were listened to.
This clinic is the absolute worst possible choice for any medical procedure. The Doctors are unprofessional and rude and refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes (of which there were many). I would NOT recommend this "circus" to anyone !!!
