Taking OHIP money with no care for patient. Apparently neurologists have a narrow scope limited to tapping a knee, checking reflexes and saying "I don't know, not my specialty, go back to GP and get different referral". This sort of Health Care deserves to be privatized and put out of business.
With the exception of them running very behind schedule, I have nothing but great things to say about the whole experience. I had a gastroscopy and when I conveyed how fearful I was, everyone went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible for me. Special shoutout to my wonderful nurse and the anesthesiologist that day!
Very excellent care and great staff. I will never be afraid to get another colonoscopy. Awesome experience!
VERY unprofessional Clinique. My brother was set to have an appointment for 830 am. Told to be here at 8 am. We’ve been sitting in the parking lot for 45 minutes and not a single person here to open the building or be here for his scheduled appointment. He’s lost two days of work and is out money because of the stuff he had to buy for this appointment. They sent him an email saying that if he cancels 72 hours in advance he’ll get charged.
