I had a tenant moving in on a Saturday morning and the cleaners that I had scheduled for Friday afternoon canceled on me at the very last minute. I called Lucia at Dynamic Duo Cleaning, she picked up on the first ring.I told her the situation, she said she would get it done that day, which she did. She did a great clean and windows inside and out. Great communication, Lucia sent me videos when she was all done and sent the bill right away for payment. Lucia did an excellent job cleaning my house. She worked rapidly and diliigently fot seven hours with two brief breaks -- 5 minute rest break and 10 minute lunch break. Lucis did exactly what she was asked to do and did it very well.
Lucia is responsive, reliable, and a good communicator. She’s efficient but not rushed, and puts the time in to make my house shine. Very reasonable rates and great outcomes.
Lucia did a fabulous job on our home !!! We moved into a house that was vacant for 7 years so you can imagine how much dust and dirt amongst other things that she had to tackle. After she left didn’t even look like the same house. She was very thorough kind and her communication from start to finish was absolutely brilliant. Thank you Lucia and looking forward to seeing you again !!!! Wish I could give you more than 5 stars because you deserve 10. I will highly recommend you to everyone I know.
