I asked this company to do a deep end of tenancy clean, which cost £220. Their attention to detail is severely lacking, they went out again to rectify it where they did clean the bathroom properly but left dirty floors, skirtings, doors and cupboards still sticky and covered in marks throughout the rest of the property. When I raised this with them they claimed "That's the best cleaning we can give" and refused to rectify it. You should not be operating a cleaning business with such lax standards and attention to detail.

The manager arrived on time and even a bit earlier than planned. The ladies who came were very hardworking and efficient. I was asked to check the areas which had been done and invited to say whether I wanted some additional cleaning when needed. This was only required in a small area of the sitting room and done immediately to my complete satisfaction. Highly recommend the company!

Booked a four hour clean, not a experienced cleaner I’m afraid, showed him the property, what’s I was needing done, 3 bedroom house only managed downstairs and one bedroom, no bathrooms done, he said it was because he was doing a deep clean, the kitchen appliances are all smeared, I clearly said I need doors, windows, skirts done, totally cleared out de cluttered house, walked back to not very well done floors, I could have managed all this myself even with a bad back and shoulder, no reciept of payment, wanted cash or bank ... read more
