I find the reception staff rude and incompetent. I have what I think is a prolapse(stuff literally falling out). They cancel twice on my appointments( ok I understand doctors have emergencies too). I walk with a horrible burning sensation for 2 weeks. Unhelpful and throwing the phone in my ear when I insisted on another doctor. Pathetic. Rating is 0. This review reflects my personal experience with Dr Emma Marshall and Dynamic Doctors' Group. I received my WA Department of Transport senior driver’s (80 years and older) licence renewal notice in early February, with almost three months to complete the required medical assessment, submit the forms, and receive my renewed licence.
