I had a confirmed appointment on the 19th of May at 11:30. Arrived on time and was informed that my confirmed appointment had been canceled by the office manager with no explanation. They were not able to accommodate me until later that week. There was no other person in the office to assist me with why my appointment was canceled and they couldn’t accommodate me on that day because they had already booked another patient.
