I went on to pursue my dream of becoming a dentist and attended the University of California San Francisco where I received my degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery. Excellent in all ways, from the receptionist, dental assistant, to the doctor.
Front desk is very unprofessional. Two times they canceled my appointment. And 30 min before an appointment. I wasted my time stuck in traffic and they call me, they don’t have my $300 night guards ready. This is so inappropriate as I have to take time off work and arrange a visit. It’s not fair because if I canceled they would charge me $50 but what about my time and the money I lost trying to make this appointment. That’s not ok. I'd rather have my disc's replaced again than have dental work but the Doctor and assistants at Dynamic Dental made it actually pleasant
ERICKA IS THA BOMB!! I’ve been coming to “D.D” know for a while and every time she cleans or take photos of my teeth she pauses to ask am I ok. She is so attentive and gentle I refuse to have any other. The entire staff is polite, helpful, always smiling and making you feel welcome. Even though I live in S. Sac…..I AINT NEVER GOING TO ANOTHER DENTIST!! Thanks “D.D.”…….you guys are the best!!
