Bought Corbin seat early spring time for a specific long ride in July well within lead times. Wouldn't honour first responder discount from Corbin, was shipped a damaged seat that required me to ship it back to them and then ship it again across the country to Corbin and vice versa to me. No chance of arrival on time so I have no custom seat and they have my $1000. Refuse to refund or dispatch a seat directly from Corbin to arrive within the lead times that were proposed. Have purchased many Corbin items through Dynamic in the past. Usually a good experience. Last purchase of a Corbin saddle was surprisingly dismal. The seat was very poorly constructed and did not fit properly, again a surprise, and the ensuing pursuit of warranty claims was badly handled. Communication was inaccurate and poor. Many months and many hundreds of dollars later I still have a mess of a Corbin seat, and no help. In fact, my emails and texts are simply ignored now. Unprofessional to say the least.
Ordered a custom seat for my 06 hyabusa, very easy and pleasant to deal with over the phone, very knowledgeable of products and kept me updated on the progress of my seat, showed up earlier then expected and he shipped it out the same day by courier to Nova Scoita, awesome company to deal with
