Chris was very helpful with info on the Corbin seat for the k16. He gave me all the information I needed to make the purchase. To everyone who wants to do business with Dynamic Cycle Parts Inc. The physical address doesn't exist. The address that is listed in Google is not correct, they moved. If you have a problem with your purchase like me, good luck. You can leave voice mail and they shall not call. That is my experience.
Ordered a part and the order was canceled because they don’t provide it anymore. Waited until AFTER I ordered it to remove it off the website.
Incredible customer service! 6/5 stars! Chris was always quick to respond to emails and was extremely accommodating and understanding when I had an issue with a faulty part I had ordered. ***Note: The issue with the part was not caused by Dynamic Cycle Parts Inc. Nonetheless, Chris took it upon himself to sort everything out and was top-notch throughout the entire process.
