I came across Dynamic Cycle Parts while trying to find a Canadian source for a TAB exhaust to fit my Indian Scout 101. Being located in Ontario and with their prices very competitive I contacted them. The response was very quick and Chris answered my questions on availability and delivery. I placed the order, made payment and received the exhaust in 11 days via UPS. Excellent customer service and great communication. Will definitely look here first for items in the future. Highly recommended.
I recently purchased a Corbin seat for my 2018 Triumph Speed Master 1200. The service and experience was excellent. Chris was very helpful and although it took four weeks coming (as I was told) I'm very happy with it. It has changed my writing comfort completely.
Bought Corbin seat early spring time for a specific long ride in July well within lead times. Wouldn't honour first responder discount from Corbin, was shipped a damaged seat that required me to ship it back to them and then ship it again across the country to Corbin and vice versa to me. No chance of arrival on time so I have no custom seat and they have my $1000. Refuse to refund or dispatch a seat directly from Corbin to arrive within the lead times that were proposed.
