While my car was stolen on vacation, and found the same day, Alex helped me every step of the way, more than the police and insurance. They got my car towed safely to the shop and I had peace of mind knowing it was there. The whole team always helps me more than anyone else and does the best work. I have not been to Dynamic Collision once but twice, and this is the best shop hands down! In the most recent event, I had to bring my car in after rear-end damage from a car fire. As crazy as the situation was, Alex and his team immediately put me at ease and took care of the situation right away! I had highly recommend Dynamic Collision New York in Long Island City after my interactions with a staff member, Emily. Emily was so welcoming and informative. The front desk of any business is the face of the business. I observed the staff work as a team and their customer lounge is very clean and comfortable. I was able to get a vehicle inspection I needed today, as well as an antenna I needed which arrived within a reasonable time period. Dynamic Collision delivered fast service.
