I was glad I had the opportunity to visit the office and use the equipment for the service that is provided
I paid about $2,000 upfront for 10 sessions of shockwave therapy on my SI joint after being told it should likely resolve the issue. Unfortunately, after completing all of the treatments, I experienced little to no improvement. What was most disappointing was that when I brought this up, there was no offer to adjust the treatment plan, and provide additional sessions for no cost , or discuss any form of refund. I’m blown away by my first visit with Dr. Kim! She is everything I could ask for and more in a chiropractor. I am so so excited for my next visit. I wouldn’t trust any other office than Dynamic Chiropractic!
I had a torn rotator cuff. After the injury I had spent several months letting it rest and rehabbing at home, but injured it again. This left me in so much pain I was certain I would require surgery. The Softwave therapy was a life saver. I was very skeptical at first but started noticing a difference after a few sessions. My shoulder is almost completely healed and I won’t need surgery.
