I'd give negative stars if I could. Gerald either has an enormous lack of knowledge about carpet cleaning, rushed through the job or both. We paid him $520 for a minor carpet repair and to clean two bedrooms. At first, they looked great but then we quickly discovered after he left that the carpets were soaking wet, due to him overwetting both carpets. Gerald is a true professional and did an incredible job cleaning the carpets for the entire rental that I am moving into. He also patiently answered all of my questions and was thoughtful and thorough. The job turned out beautifully and I highly recommend Dynamic Carpet Cleaning.

Top notch!! Gerald and team is the best around in their field for sure, at a reasonable price. He explains everything thoroughly, gives options based on your needs, accommodating, timely, caring...the whole 9 yards. Look no further, you have found a long term solution for your carper cleaning and restoration. This will be the only guy I use in the future for sure.

Our prior carpet cleaning contact retired and we were referred to Gerald @ Dynamic Carpet Cleaning. He did a great job, the cleaning was very thorough and he was even able to remove two stubborn stains that had been there for a few years and other cleaners hadn't been able to remove. He also cleaned an area rug that looks brand new again. We were really happy and highly recommend his services!
