Not happy with how my hair was handled. First I want to start off by saying that everyone was very nice to me. This was my first time at a salon and I was worried about a lot of things, I have sever anxiety, but the ladies put me at ease. I have very long very curly hair. I bleached it myself about a year and a half ago and have used a box dye twice on it since then. My hair had gotten back to pretty healthy. Even oily sometimes, which is odd for my curly hair. First time for a hair cut. Lyndsay did a fantastic job! Knowledgeable and very proficient at her trade. The owner was offering holiday mimosas and treats throughout. Excellent customer service. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this business.
I have tried ALL the salons in Spruce Grove and HANDS DOWN, Dynamic Beauty has em all beat! They don't treat you like another customer... they truly treat you like family. I love the atmosphere and of course the talented ladies who make this facility a magical place! I actively recommend Dynamic Beauty to all my friends and family. If you haven't walked through those doors, you should give it a try, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!:)

called one week ago and was asked to leave a message and I would receive a call back within 24-48 hours; I'm still waiting.....NOT. I had read really good reviews and was encouraged. However, I CAN NOT tolerate a blatant lack of common courtesy !!!
