Graham took over Dynamic Air and my pre-paid service contract.Jeff showed up today, and when he went up to the unit inside the house in the attic, I couldn't see him. He started unscrewing things, and I asked what he was doing. No one else did that. He said he was checking for leaks! Leaks for what? There wasn't anything leaking!!!! Nothing better be broken up there now. Dynamic Air has serviced our system for several years. They were chosen by our property managers and we have continued with them since our purchase. They have provided excellent service in the past; however, I was overwhelmed when I called on Saturday afternoon. They were able to get to us on Monday--even with the chaos of post hurricane Ian. He fixed the problem and explained a plan of action in terms I could understand. I am very pleased with Dynamic Air's response!
