Appointment means nothing for this company. App for 2pm now 9pm and I'm still at the dock. You need to bring your BOL printed so get loaded. Weird.
First they book a load. And then you go for pickup and wait 6 hours minimum. Causes the load is coming from another warehouse. .

Zero stars is needed as an option. * Check your paperwork carefully * Twice they tried to send me on the road with my bill attached to someone elses paperwork. To make it even worse, they loaded someone elses freight on my truck, mine freight on their truck. Then basically hoped we would not notice and take off. Talk about incompetence. Told my dispatcher never again...
Man u gotta have patience when you go here cause I dont.
