This place is a joke and likely fraudulent. Out for nothing but a dollar. Treat tenants like trash while helping slumlords get paid when they refuse to make the smallest fixes to apartments. Codes violations for days in their buildings they refuse to fix unless they're getting ready for a tenant to move in. If you're a tenant already, you won't get nothing done. Do not rent from this company. Property had missing light fixtures which were never fixed despite requests and tons of mouse poop in the kitchen upon move-in. Did not mail my deposit back for months until I had called and hounded them about it. They claimed it was "lost in the mail" and eventually sent me a partial refund with a letter back-dated to May despite the postmark on the envelope clearly showing it was mailed in October. Dynamax has been managing our properties for several years and we have been pleased with their service and performance. Occupancy levels remain high and they handle repairs and upgrades as needed—with good communication. I would definitely recommend them.

We used to be a tenant of theirs, and now we own multiple properties and know better - these guys are awful. Rude, not attentive, let tenants live in 40 degree air (inside) when the heater breaks. I'd never, ever do business with them again.
