Not happy with the service
If you sign, you have to keep paying even if you move. They won't let you out of the "Agreement " which no one reads when you have a tablet handed to you to sign to activate the service, enter your password, and wifi password. I don't recall anything about 39months. We moved because of financial hardship and this agreement was a punch in the gut. Would have been a good experience otherwise.
Terrible company don't use them the third party installers will have you sign documents on there tablet and take it before sending and changer the terms and length of the contract had a 2 year contract and they changed it to 60 months they knowingly use falsified documents and tell you that the installers whent out of business and can't be reached admitting they know there is a problem and choose to ignore it I signed the documents and the ones dynamark has only have my wife's signature there length has been changed system d... read more
