I've been working with Helen on ad hoc projects for the past 5 years. I always get excellent customer service and the team is always extremely responsive whenever issues arise. We often have very tight deadlines and Helen and team always deliver!
Eileen is very prompt, professional and courteous. Product and service pricing seems reasonable and fair while meeting deadlines of the customer. The Dynamark staff are great to work with.
I have never had a bad experience using Dynamark. Has it always been right? no. But have they ever failed to make it right? NO! In a world of hit and miss, Helen and team always make a hit! Pricing is good service and quality is better! thank you for always hitting the (dyna)MARK... sorry for the dad joke.
We have worked with Diane for some time now and find her level of customer service and focus on our needs to be exceptional. Product quality is equally as good. I am struggling to come up with criticism to offer. Perhaps only a way for us as the client to approve proofs online and have an archive of past work. That would be a good solution add and the only thing I can offer to improve upon.
We have had a great experience with Dynamark! Diane is quick to respond and to start working on our projects!
