I had to say goodbye to my beloved Missy and this gentleman is phenomenal. He is absolutely professional and allows the owner to grieve and is KIND. He's very very kind. When he put my kitty in the little box he treated her as though she were still a living, breathing, loving creature. He was responsive, safe, and absolutely mannerly. He made time for us and his prices are very reasonable.
