They have the best customer service in the industry and ordering parts or answering any questions on their products is given a fast response and advice on how to maintain and adjust their DynAccess monoskis.
The team at Dynaccess and their equipment helped me achieve several Paralympic medals in the 2018 PyeongChang games. They allowed me to bring my skiing to the highest level possible. Their customer service and dedication to make their equipment work for everyone is second to none.
I am not someone that typically does online reviews for a company but everything about my customer experience with DynAccess has been great. Awesome product, great customer service and just great people to deal with. I happily and confidently refer friends to DynAccess.
I ran into Channy and Joachim, the husband-wife duo behind Dynaccess, on the mountain before getting my own ski, a few years ago. Love Dynaccess. I have a Tensor, and love skiing it. Great company to deal with. Highly responsive and GREAT customer service! They sell you a ski rig, then do their best to stay in touch and even make every attempt to ski with you to get the best performance from your rig. If you are in the market for a new rig, you should definitely give Dynaccess a try.
