I visited the clinic first thing this morning and had a fantastic experience. Manoj attended to me right away and made the entire process quick and comfortable. He was incredibly kind, professional, and great to chat with. Highly recommend!
Most pleasant clinical experience in my life. I had a fear for needles and Manoj understand my fear and calmed me. He even offered to use the smallest needle. His care and empathy is second to none.
The staff was very efficient at this location. I recommend arriving early. I arrived when they opened on a Saturday and there were already a handful of people ahead of me but I was still able to be seen within 30 minutes. The staff were very professional, warm, and friendly. Manoj was the specific staff member that worked with me and he helped me to feel comfortable, relaxed, and re-assured. I would gladly return to this location and highly recommend Manoj specifically!
The positive reviews live up to the experience. Efficient service with a screen to tell you how much time is left until it's your turn. Anna was very welcoming and professional. She was able to get my blood the first time even though I'm normally a hard poke. She even let us sit inside a bit earlier since we arrived before they opened. Highly ecommend this location!
The front desk reception staff are very friendly, welcoming, and approachable. Manoj is a skilled and professional staff member who made the blood sample collection smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. I have lived in Markham for many years and was surprised that I had never discovered this clinic before. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and easy to access. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this clinic to others.
