Was there to get a blood test for my mother and had to wait very long time. They suggested us to book and appointment next time . Checked their website carefully for appointment. In half an hour I couldn't figure out how to do it. No mentioning any where about booking appointments . You call them and they won't pick up the phone. So the only solution is to go there and wait 2-3 hours for your turn, because your time is not valuable, only theirs is.
Clean lab and very organized. I was able to upload my requisition online and you can also do online check-in but not on weekends.
I had a great experience getting my blood work done with Manoj. He was very professional, gentle, and reassuring throughout the entire process, and he made sure I felt comfortable and at ease the whole time. I truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness.
I’ve been to this Dynacare location a few times and Manoj has helped me more than once. He’s always friendly, professional and makes the whole process quick and easy. Really nice guy who clearly knows what he’s doing and makes you feel comfortable. Great experience every time.
