I was at bayview and waited 20min yo find out they sont have the needle for the 12month old baby, I came to 7155 woodbine and have yo wait 45 min. Dynacre should have some system that if patient has to go other location they should be put in ahead of line. My infant tale medication every morning and wait an hour for feeding. My infant has to suffer like this.
Manoj is very kind and efficient at what he does. He helps me get registered quick and I had to wait less than 5 minutes all 4 times that I’ve been here. I have bad veins but he never has an issue finding them.
This was our first time visit to Dynacare. The moment we entered the lab I was surprised to see wait times are very less compared to other labs, it was one of the most cleanest lab I have been, and the staff (Manoj) was welcoming and compassionate towards all the people who walked in. This location has really great service. Manoj and Anna are very kind and make you feel comfortable. Will highly recommend!!
Manoj was professional, courteous, and very helpful throughout the process. This location is somewhat hidden inside a building, so many people may not be aware of it, but that makes it very efficient with minimal wait times. I avoided a nearly two hour wait at another location and was in and out within five minutes after my blood work. Truly outstanding service. Highly recommended.
