Very poor service, Dynacare Plus app is very strange, no family option. Even for my kids I am not able to add them to my account, each member of family should create account and kids under 16 no option. You need to pay for each member. We are in 2026, Dynacare online service still in 2000
Fast and efficient
Today my husband went for our annual blood work at Dynacare labs on walkers line. The ladies there are so wonderful all very friendly. Very helpful. I had my blood work done by the beautiful lady from Cuba, man she is amazing with the needle I normally get a bruise and they usually have to use a butterfly needle. She just smiled and said don,t worry I will do a your work and you will be ok. She was right, no bruise and blood came out right away. I loved and she is very polite with the customers. Closes early regardless of posted hours
I was very frustrated by the rude behavior of the reception employee SRILATHA. I walked in and was standing there at her desk, she was in an animated conversation with her colleague sitting next to her. Neither of them acknowledged me or even looked at me, for a long moment I stood there watching them chatting then I put my hands on the desk.
