I have been visiting here for the past 5 years now. The entire staff is incredibly attentive, caring, and professional. I have always been able to choose a time that fits my schedule without any hassle, and usually, I am out in 20 minutes tops. The lab is very well maintained, tidy rest room, and it's always reassuring to see a clean environment, especially in a medical setting. I don't normally leave bad reviews but I was actually blown away with my shitty experience with this blood testing lab yesterday. When I got to the appointment the nurse wrapped the tourniquet band around my arm to get my veins to pop. I was surprised how tight she put that band around my arm. It felt like my circulation was genuinely being cut off. I don't really like to complain because I just assumed it'd be on for a second while she put the needle in my arm. Receptionist is horribly impolite!!!! I’ve been to other dynacare before. I want my blood test to done twice with one time other thing one time for fasted glucose only. The other place let me do it before but this receptionist is like “it all have to be done once” i told her that i have a urine test and asked whether it could be done today. She just leave me with a container and ask me to come back tomorrow… it was the worst experience that i ever had in the lab. I would never come here again!!!
