This “Nurse” attacked me while PREGNANT and getting my blood drawn to determine the Status of my PREGNANCY. she claimed that i was taking a picture or video of MY OWN blood being taken (which I was not) and grabbed both me and my phone while she had my blood spilling EVERYWHERE . the manager claimed that she was mandated to complete retraining but she was at the front desk the NEXT DAY . This is what she looks like with freshly dyed hair PLEASE BE CAREFUL she is unsafe and CLEARLY unstable.
The person who took my blood today was very kind and professional and gave me excellent service. Thank you to them. The lab is on the 5th floor. I walked in after 3 and was out in about an hour/hour and a half.
Horrible customer service. My husband and I went to Dynacare this morning around 8:50 a.m. with a doctor’s note in hand. When we handed it to the receptionist, she didn’t even look at us or the document. Without any acknowledgment, she said, “What do you want me to do with this?” We explained that it was from our doctor and that we needed a test. i was getting my blood drawn the lady taking it accused me of taking pictures and then proceeded to try and grab my phone from me all while blood was POURING out of my arm and all over the cubicle . not only was i NOT taking pictures . i told her that i was not and was nice enough to show her my phone and pictures (WHILE SHE WAS HOLDING ME DOWN) there is no acceptable time where a staff member should be fighting a patient for their personal property let alone while there is an active line in their vein. all the other staff m... read more
