The level of service provided by the receptionist was utterly unacceptable. The unprofessional and discourteous treatment I received left me with no choice but to cancel my laboratory tests.
Worst service. Application registration down, no one responds to mails and calls.
I walked in on a Monday morning for blood work. Waited only 10 min before my name was called. I was done in 20 min overall. The facility is very clean and their staff are friendly.
I have been visiting here for the past 5 years now. The entire staff is incredibly attentive, caring, and professional. I have always been able to choose a time that fits my schedule without any hassle, and usually, I am out in 20 minutes tops. The lab is very well maintained, tidy rest room, and it's always reassuring to see a clean environment, especially in a medical setting. I don't normally leave bad reviews but I was actually blown away with my shitty experience with this blood testing lab yesterday. When I got to the appointment the nurse wrapped the tourniquet band around my arm to get my veins to pop. I was surprised how tight she put that band around my arm. It felt like my circulation was genuinely being cut off. I don't really like to complain because I just assumed it'd be on for a second while she put the needle in my arm.
