I arrived at 3:55pm, 5 minutes before the Lab closes to find the door locked and no one inside. So I went across the hall to the office and they would not help me. All I needed was a few empty blood tubes, since I draw my own bloom and take it to the lab for testing. It's not like I needed to have my blood draw.
Impatient, almost rude person at reception. There should be hand sanitizer upon entrance .... we all sit on the same chairs with arm rests and they are not cleaned in between peach sitting person. My OHIP card was handled and handed back to me .... I did not witness cleaning of hands prior to touching my card Overall I did not feel safe regarding Covid 19 transmission
You can’t even book an apt when you call. They never pick up. Don’t return calls and their voicemails are always full ... just go somewhere else
