I checked in online it said 7 min wait. My name has been on the screen saying 7 mins for the last 30 mins. There are 3 people here taking patients and no one is taking the blood. Is the point of a receptionist no to do the intake so the techs can do the testing!? Brutal.
My nurse was very kind, respectful, and professional. She took great care and did an excellent job, especially on a busy day!
rude staff, I believe they are over worked. no sympathy for elderly ppl. ignore this one if you have choice.
Calling this location for 3days to inquire if an important item was left at the lab. NO ANSWER. No one answered the phone and they don't have an answering machine. Now I have to drive back to Toronto to the location.
