Honestly, every time I come here it’s chaos. Getting clear information is nearly impossible, and they have the audacity to charge you just to access your own lab results. That’s textbook rent-seeking behavior. And the app situation is completely out of hand — every single clinic thinks patients want to download a separate app for one result. We don’t. Stop it. Never picked up phone on purpose. Not ready for medical equipments all the times. Not enough staff who take care of the reception. The company should hire a receptionist who know how to use PC & quicker communication skills. Receptionist should not wearing white medical clothes and head-cap like a kitchen assistant. He just focus on work as a medical teams.
I always have a wonderful experience here. Wait times are low and the staff is kind. They were so good with my 4.5yr old as-well. No tears!
