Was at the lab prior to closing today, waited for lab tech to finish with previous client. When she came out the lab tech refused to serve me. “You’re not here for bloodwork are you? I’m closed. I pleaded for her to please do it but she refused. I am a senior who does not drive. Horrible attitude and customer service.
They have few staff and very slow .all the staff busy with chating each other and customer waiting long and long time for service .
Hidden behind the back of a former military base building, this small place normally has only one person on duty, but so few people know about it, one is enough. The office is closed for lunch break 12:30-1pm. The building has a huge parking lot, usually with only a few cars, but the military still pay a full time person to collect $3.50 per day per vehicle even though the revenues couldn't come close to paying his salary, overhead and office space
Where is Joey gone. He was the most awesome person ever encountered at your labs. Person serving very helpful and informative .cannot check in online is reason for 3 .
My experience was good, I came right in after their lunch break and I was in and out within 5 minutes. The office is located at the back of the building down the stairs/ramp. Just a heads up, they don't do ECG's here
