This location used to be excellent, but has gone downhill. There used to be a slightly older gentleman who often wore a bandana working here and he was fantastic and so efficient. You were in and out in a matter of minutes. The place has been a mess since he left. Very long wait times now.
Very poor customer service. Very rude front desk person. There were only 2 people waiting at 11:30am and I was told ahead of time wasn’t taking patients until 1pm. She obviously doesn’t enjoy her job and needs to be replaced.
Was at the lab prior to closing today, waited for lab tech to finish with previous client. When she came out the lab tech refused to serve me. “You’re not here for bloodwork are you? I’m closed. I pleaded for her to please do it but she refused. I am a senior who does not drive. Horrible attitude and customer service.
They have few staff and very slow .all the staff busy with chating each other and customer waiting long and long time for service .
