Amazing service. The lady working today was extremely caring. She really listens and has empathy. I wish I got her name. The building is easy to find and the signage is clear and the staff are extremely friendly. Thank you!
Understaffed and poorly organized. Poor customer service The floating staff was late , the paper work took forever. Estimated time for 4 th person in line was 30 minutes, actual time was 57 minutes . The technician was interested in data entering more than doing a blood work. Looks like similar comments were placed in the last year and no action taken by the management.
Insanely understaffed! I feel so bad for the man working front desk. Doing check-in, blood work, all on his own. Very nice man but 1.5 hour wait time for 3 people because of how low budget this location is.
