I was just there for blood work and must say it's the worst experience I have ever had. Totally unprofessional staff. They won't even take the time to take your payment. Had to make payment online as it would have taken another 20 minutes to get served. Whoever hired the staff for this location should be fired.
I was appalled at what I saw at Dynacare on Spratt Road this morning. The first thing which is just annoying is it took almost 10 minutes to get registered. At first I was the only person in the lineup. By the time I did get registered there were 5 people waiting to get registered. Why so long to get registered. The other thing that I witnessed was before I arrived, a pregnant woman was sick and there was a pool of vomit on the floor in front of her. It had been laying on the floor for over 15 minutes. I come here for regular tests. The staff are lovely, but the wait times are getting much longer. Even when I check in online, I am still waiting up to 2 hours. Checking in online is useless.
