I usually don’t write bad reviews, but this location has been really not good. Every time I give them another chance, i am disappointed again! Today i checked in and arrived on time, i was number 5, said 6 minutes wait time, there were 4 or 5 people working, they were super slow, walking around slowly, looking at their phones, taking their time in the washroom, while people keep waiting and the waiting room keeps getting full. Shukra served me extremely well. He was courteous, punctual, and extracted sample without causing any pain. I cross the bridge from Barrhaven to go to Riverside South location for the top notch service of the staff in this location, especially Shukara. Keep it up!
The ladies working here are extremely rude! I arrived at 8:30 and waited over an hour to be seen. While people who arrived after me was seen right away after they arrived and they were walking in. I asked the reason and they were very rude and said “we have to do paperwork”. You can clearly see they hate their job.
I visited the Dynacare Riverside South location early morning. I had Ella as my technician who was professional & kind. I asked for a butterfly needle for blood draw because I have small veins. She asked me to take a deep breath. I did not feel pain. This has been a superb experience. The receptionist is friendly & the place is very clean.
