I had a very unpleasant experience getting blood work done at this location. The staff used the wrong needle and did not use a butterfly needle as they should have, which caused unnecessary pain. The procedure was handled poorly, and it was clear the staff were not very competent. I would not recommend this location.
Sophie (hijab with glasses) and the guy sitting at the front with no emotion shouldn’t work in a lab. Totally lack of information accuracy and communication, got my tests messed up and now I’m worried about the result accuracy
Not much of a waiting time, clean and organized. Staff are are professional and nice Good place to get your blood work done!
My time at Dynacare was great, the woman that looked after me was great. Her name was Sufia. She took the time to explain everything to me. I would recommend them to anyone.
